The Wozinsky WRB4IN1 long resistance bands are the perfect tool for effective training. Their primary function is to build strength and improve muscle tone. They are very effective in sculpting specific parts of the body, e.g. thighs, buttocks, stomach or arms. Wozinsky latex tapes are loop-shaped, 208 cm long and 4.5 mm thick. The tension that is generated when they are stretched creates an additional load - and this has a direct impact on increasing the intensity of the exercises.

If you are just starting your adventure with tapes, you can start by using two tapes in one series of exercises, e.g. yellow and then red. This will allow you to do a few more repetitions. If you want to increase the intensity of your training over time, just fasten the tapes together. This way you will increase the possible resistance.

The tapes are made of latex - a durable, non-slip material. They are tear-resistant and very stretchy. To keep their performance, try not to wet the tapes or immerse them directly in water. If you want to wash them, gently wipe them with a soaked cloth and dry them with a towel as soon as possible.

Kneel on the exercise mat. Hook one end of the tape over your left hand, pull the tape over your back through the lumbar spine, and hook the other end of the tape over your right hand. Inhale and round your back as high as you can. Deflate and lower your back. Do 12 repetitions.
Pass the tape over the back and grasp the ends with both hands. Lie on the mat on your left side, prop up on your left shoulder, straighten your back, put your right foot on top of your left and lift your hips. Make sure your left foot is raised just enough that your ankle just touches the floor. Place your right hand on the mat and hold the position for 40 seconds.
Place the tape on your back and grasp the ends with both hands. Lie down on the mat, place your palms on the floor, straighten your back, and pinch your toes. Make sure your abs are tightened. Bend your knee and point it towards your hand, return to the starting position and bend the other knee. Do one repetition for about 20 seconds.
